Unwashed
In original condition
With all original tags attached
In original packaging

⚠️ Items that have been washed, used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must meet the same conditions as mentioned above:

With all original tags
In original packaging

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed.

Refund Method

Refund processing may take 3–7 working days after approval.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Washed products
Used or worn items
Products without original tags
Products without original packaging
Items damaged due to customer misuse

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
